“Amy is the best Zumba instructor ever. I love that she gives verbal cues, it allows us to learn the choreography quickly so we get more out of the class. Her choreography is great! It keeps me engaged and is repetitive enough for us to catch on but not enough to be boring. I have struggled with some of the other Zumba classes I have taken because it feels like the same 2 or 3 moves over and over in every song. I so appreciate her positive energy, it really keeps me going when I am exhausted. Thanks so much for a great class!”

Taking Zumba classes has seriously transformed my body and my mind! Dance fitness is an amazing way to relieve stress and have a blast while doing it. Dancing in a group makes you feel a sense of community and support. Amy’s Zumba class makes exercising fun! She’s so helpful with guiding you through every movement and making you feel comfortable and confident (not to mention, she’s the sweetest!).”
